"We believe that therapeutic massage is the best way to release every day stresses and helps you to live a better life..."

Massage is the oldest and simplest form of medical treatment. The first book to recommend massage treatments was found in China in
2, 700 B.C., it was called “The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine”. Massage was advised as an appropriate treatment for most human diseases, including paralysis or fever.

Massage was also a pain relieving treatment for the Greek and the Romans.Hippocrates, a Greek physician, said “The physician must be experienced in many things, but assuredly in rubbing can bind a joint that is too loose, and loosen a joint that is too rigid”.

Massage involves manipulating the soft tissues of the body with pressure to release the tension and blockage which can target tissues like muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, joints or lymphatic vessels.

Gentle massage can trigger the release of endorphins, the body’s natural painkiller, and produce well-being and comfort. Stronger and deeper massage helps to release tension and loosen uncomfortable tight muscles, as well as ease stiff joints.

Psychologically, massage releases tension and reduces anxiety, therefore people feel less stressed and better equipped to cope with daily problems.
