Deep Tissue Massage – A type of massage which targets deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. This massage is used to release chronic patterns of muscular tension through slow strokes and deep pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscles. This begins by massaging the back, which is highly effective at relieving stress and brings a profoundly relaxing experience. It releases knots and muscle tension using a combination of rhythmic strokes, acupressure techniques and carefully applied pressure. Next the legs and arms will be massaged as well as chest and head in longer treatments. Each movement is linked in a flowing sequence.
Face Massage – This uses a combination of techniques which are designed to release the tension all over the face, chest and head for the optimum effect. It is an excellent treat to refresh and boost face muscles and to deeply relax.
Pregnancy Body Massage – This is the most relieving, and specifically tailored treatment to have during the pregnancy and post-natal period. It aims to release the tension and balance energy by using smooth and rhythmical strokes and kneading.
Indian Head Massage – This is an excellent massage to release stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia and migraine. It is a deeply calming treatment which concentrates on massaging the head but also includes shoulders and face. Swedish Massage – This is a relaxing and energizing massage using a combination of softer to firmer pressure. The main goal is to improve the oxygen flow in the blood, and to release toxins from the muscles. This is a very helpful type of massage in reducing pain and joint stiffness, as well as reducing mental stress.
